Darn Pepper...

Got a little lost today. Well not really lost, just hanging out with her friends in the next neighborhood over (right behind our house). I sat out on the back porch yelling for her for about an hour. Then I loaded the kids into the car and went searching around our neighborhood. I found the little brown chihuahua that she usually hangs out with, but no Pepper. So finally I decided to go over to Wyngate and see if I could see her over there. I drove past the house that backs up to ours and as I was leaving a lady comes out yelling after me as I am driving down the street. Sure enough, she had Pepper. She had fed her breakfast, took her for a walk around her neighborhood trying to find her owners and even to the vet to see if she is microchipped (which we should probably do). Pepper had it so good over there, that she is probably waiting for her next escape to head back over! At least she is home now. Darn dog.
