And a rain check because the sale ends tomorrow which is AWESOME!!! Rain checks are like gold, gosh I am lame...
Total after tax $2.15 - Plates free, Electrasol - made 50 cents and $2.75 for the shrimp- which was super awesome, we had it for dinner and it is better than Red Lobster! This is another perk to couponing, trying new items.

Publix Steals---

I got all this stuff for a little over $10 after taxes.Here is quick run down.
Dentastix - $.50 each
Shrimp- $2.75 each
Sour Cream - Free
Shampoo- Free
Dishwasher Detergent - I made 50 cents a package!!
I love shopping and not breaking the bank- I also need to run back and get some free paper plates that I forget to grab.

Publix and Office Max Today...

My friend wanted me to put how much I payed for everything to see how I got my deals so here is the breakdown--
-5 Daisy Sour Creams, 4 bags of Croûtons - I made a penny on each of these, they were on sale for 99 cents and I had a 50 cent coupon that doubled to $1.
-2 Sierra Mist, 2 Crayola Paints, 2 Elmers Glue, Crayola Crayons - all of this was free, I had 2 free coupons for the soda and a $10 off of $10 purchase at the new office max that opened up so we got some of Awnleys school supplies for next year.
-2 1/2 gallon sweet teas - these were Publix penny items this week, when you spend over $10 you get to buy 1 penny item. These change each week.
-2 Pupperoni dog treats - These were 35 cents each after being on sale for $3.69 plus buy one get one then I used 2 $1.oo off manufactures coupon and a $1 off of 2 target coupon (Publix take competitors coupons and you can stack them with manufactures)
-2 dentastix dog chews - I paid 50 cents, these were on sale for $3 and I had a $2.50 off coupon.
-1 Marzetti Blue Cheese Dressing - On sale for $1.85 plus I had a 50 cent coupon that doubled so we paid 85 cents. Normally I wouldn't pay anything for dressing because I can usually get some for free, but Ryan really likes this brand for wings.
-4 contessa meals - on sale for $4.99 but I had a $2 off coupon so I paid $2.99 - pretty cheap quick and easy dinner for us.
- Corn on the cob - On sale for 4 for a $1 and we got 5 ears.
- Bread - $2.59 a loaf, but we needed bread and this is the same price as Walmart so we don't mind buying it at Publix.

So there you go, 18.34 before taxes. I know that I paid 58 cents in tax at Office Max and there would be tax on the dog treats as well.

And I am a couponaholic.

So Ryan reminded me tonight that I had a coupon that was going to expire today. Now this isn't just any coupon it was one of my register rewards, so it is $3.50 off of my purchase which is pretty much cash. Now I can't just go and throw money away, especially when I spend all this time couponing. So I decided to go to Publix and after I checked out my sites, this is what I ended up with to use on my trip -
A little obsessed??? Yeah, but heck, I can get all this stuff for 6 bucks!

Publix: Total before coupons and sales - 43.80 - Sales savings - 13.74 - Coupon savings - 29.02 - Total out of pocket after tax - 2.14 (which I put on a giftcard from this shopping trip)
Walgreens: Total Out of Pocket -14.45 but I got $31 in Register Rewards that I can use on my next shopping trips (they work at any store).

Missing from the picture are 4 revlon nail clippers, 1 package of revlon nail files and 2 new reusable shopping bags.

I went to Publix and CVS today.

Publix total before coupons: $78.97 Total out of pocket after coupons and sales: $5.83
CVS total before coupons: $24.44 Total out of pocket after coupons :$2.99

Sleeping Beauties

While I was getting all of my coupons together to do a little shopping tonight things started to get pretty quiet.

So I turn around and see everyone fell asleep on me. Guess this couponing wears them out to much - not me!!


I went to Walgreens and Publix tonight.

My total savings at Walgreens was $33.97 and total before tax was $2.96 and out of pocket for me was $5.00 and I got a $6.00 coupon. This is really great because I got 2 packs of my expensive deodorant (8.99 a piece) and I am usually not very brand specific because it is hard to be when using coupons but this is one thing that I refuse to switch.
At Publix my before coupon total was 64.06 and total out of pocket was $12.40.

Publix Shopping

Ryan and I went to Publix after picking up the paper to get some deals this week. The receipt is out in the car and I will update it later. We spent under $20.
